1. If you could work with any company across the world, with who would you work?

If I had a choice to work with any company throughout the world, I would still work with this particular company. I am a person who loves to research the job I’m applying for. I have done a lot of research, and during my job search, I spent a lot of time analyzing facts about different companies. I want to work at different companies, but this company always stands out in the facts and strategies. The missions and the goals of this particular company have made me feel to work with their environment. This organization has always strived to be the best, and that is why I would like to work here.

2. Where do you see yourself in five years?

I can see myself working in this particular field in the coming five years and with this particular organization. I also hope that in five years, I will get a higher level of achievement and responsibility. In the coming five years, I also feel that I will expand my knowledge and get a great degree of my skill set. Although I will keep learning from this particular organization, I hope to expand my career and become closer to this company in the coming five years. I have also made action plans through which my five years of accomplishments can be seen.

3. What is your biggest weakness?

My biggest weakness is that I’m a perfectionist. Sometimes my weakness can consider itself as a fault. I am a perfectionist, and I always place my work and career above everything. I present my work to be of the highest quality. Sometimes I realize that I might obsess over little things that will not matter in a big project. However, I like to look into the small stuff and make everything perfect before moving onto my next task. This can be considered as my weakness because people who work with me have not liked my strategy. I am learning to work on prioritization, but perfectionism and efficiency are two things that make me productive.

4. What can you offer us that other candidates cannot/ Why should we hire you?

I will offer to align my ideas with the organization’s values and goals that others might not. I believe that I can connect with the integrity of my work and this company. I always present an honest and supportive work environment. I bring desire into the lives of the people I am working with and my customers and client. I believe that my communication skills and my multitasking ability are not like any other candidate. This particular position in your organization will provide me with an enjoyable and successful career. In return, I will also contribute to the company’s objectives and goals to make it a successful run.

5. What is your most outstanding achievement?

One of my most outstanding achievements is that I have taught a group of underprivileged children. Last year I taught a group of underprivileged children, and this year they have done excellent results in their academics. This is one of my most outstanding achievements because I find this innovative, and I can also help other people to get educated. I am a fortunate person, and I have to help people who are not so blessed. I have used my time to be productive and also to help my brothers and sisters. This is one of my most outstanding achievements, and I will also encourage others to spend their spare time teaching and educating the less fortunate.

6. Do you have any regrets?

I might not have a good regret, but I always wish that I had a mentor in my life who would guide me in my park for a career. My small regret would be not having a mentor or a guide in my path for professionalism. I had to make myself healthy, and I had to advance myself with better qualifications and experiences. But if I ever get a chance, I will always help another person guide them in their careers and personal lives. But my regrets do not bother me in my professional career because I have learned many things on my own.

7. Which critical feedback do you receive the most?

One of the most essential and critical feedback that I often receive is that people have told me that I sometimes talk over people in the meetings. I am a very enthusiastic person, and I always love collaborating with others. I enjoy working on different projects, and I get excited as well. This is the reason why I might talk over others in some meetings. Whenever I hear about a new idea, the diversity of counter ideas roam into my head. I always make a good point, even when I talk over someone in the meeting. However, from the past few months, I have made my habit of listening to the person. Then I share my ideas after their over with their parts.

8. How do you handle stress?

I handle stress with one of the most excellent strategies of all time, communication. Communication is key to any unnecessary stress. With communicating, I can understand if everybody is on the same page. I can handle my stress if I can communicate with all the people in my team and see if the work is being conducted adequately. Another way of handling stress is meditating.

If you prepare yourself properly, you can crack any interview. Always be comfortable and be optimistic about your attitude. Be sure that there are not right and wrong answers to these questions. The interviewers are only interested in listening to your views and how you respond to their tricks.
