On the other hand, a teacher is a person to whom the kids open up to after their parents. Hence, there is a bundle of responsibilities of being a teacher. Students always try to find a best friend in the shape of their teacher. Being sincere with students and open to students able a child to open up confidential talks with their teacher. The teacher is the father of a student. He has to deal with the student to give him more confidence to speak out. A teacher is nominated when a child gets a position inside a school or board. Even if a child becomes a doctor in the future, he respects his teacher on a lower scale. Hence, the teaching field is the most respectful field among all disciplines.

Holidays and Functions

In the journey of school, teachers find various events and get together, or holidays and vacations. These are the most enjoyable days for a teacher to get into joy after a boring routine. A teacher enjoys holidays more than a student. A holiday allows a teacher to spend more time with his family members. It is a great pleasure for him on the day of his vacation.

Networking with other teaching staff

A teacher in the school finds more communication with the staff members, especially while exploring the person of the same discipline. A teacher finds more connection inside a school. He connects with the students as well as with the teaching staff. He finds new friends to exchange thoughts. The networking turns stronger and stronger day after day. Hence, it is one of the most beautiful pros of being a teacher in any discipline.

Teaching is a profession that is similar to the medical discipline that never ends up. Hence, the learning opportunity never ends for a teacher. They often find new things and have to study them to explore them in front of their students.

Leading difficult students

There are many kinds of students in the school, college, or university. A teacher has to deal with all types of mindset. Even if a student is weak in the studies, a teacher turns him from a dull student to the best one. The responsibilities of a teacher never end up. On the day of the examination, the teacher thinks about students who fail to attempt the exams. Failing a candidate is not an easy task for a teacher because it realizes that the student will demote for one year. Hence, deciding between unsuccessful candidates and successful candidates is not that easier for a teacher. On the other hand, many students do not talk with the teacher the way that is accepted. Hence, bearing such types of students and leading them is challenging for a teacher.

Salary from the school, college, or university

A teacher never gets what he delivers. The salary of a teacher is always lower than his hard work and struggles for a class. Money is the thing that has a prominent part in real-world survival. A teacher is a person and has a family as well. Hence, he has to earn to get food and fulfil his family’s needs. With a low salary, no one can get to the needs of family members.

Disturbance and stress from the administration

Disturbance and mental stress are other pros of being a teacher. While working hard for students, the pressure built from the administration is not bearable. The rules and regulations are strict from the administration. They just set their terms that a teacher has to follow at any cost. On the other hand, if a teacher has an urgent situation and leaves for a day, he is answerable in front of the administration.

Nonstop professional requirements

The professional requirements for a teacher never end up in a few but changes. For example, a teacher is teaching in two different schools. Both schools have disciplines, rules, and regulations that a teacher must have to follow. Discipline, duties, and regulations are not the same in both schools. A teacher has to obey both schools’ criteria. Hence, professional requirements for both schools are different from one another.

In conclusion, there are many rules and regulations are set for a teacher. A teacher has to follow all of those terms and conditions to survive in the school. On the other hand, he does a great job and struggles for excellence. All of his or her struggles are demoting because of low salary and pressure from the administration department. Money is the most prominent part of our lives in today’s world. Hence, the teacher is also a person, and he has responsibilities as well. Increasing the salary and bonus, on the other hand, increases the determination and courage of a teacher to teach effectively and efficiently. The pros and cons of being a teacher are not limited to that mentioned pros and cons above. These increases according to different situations in the schools.
