3. How to Apply

International students need to apply online to get admission in UNE for any of the degrees mentioned above.

  • Complete the online application.
  • After assessing your application, if UNE finds your academic requirements to be in line with their prerequisites, then an offer letter (conditional or unconditional) will be given to you.
  • UNE will inform you if your application hasn’t been accepted.
  • You might have to give an additional Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) assessment if so, then UNE will mention it in your offer. If you complete the GTE successfully, then you can proceed with the admission process. Students must not pay their tuition fees without awaiting UNE’s confirmation on the results of their GTE.
  • Students need to complete and sign the Offer Acceptance/COE Request Form and arrange to pay the fees as mentioned in the offer letter.
  • UNE will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment if you are an on-campus student here so you can process your visa application. Online students will get online enrolment information.

4. Pre-Arrival Information

Students should arrange their travel and accommodation as soon as the Student Visa is granted. UNE should be informed about their arrival date so they can arrange to pick them up from the destination of their arrival. One must plan to arrive in enough time to attend the obligatory International Student Orientation and Enrolment before beginning their studies.

Arriving ahead gives the students ample time to arrange their accommodation. UNE helps the international to get accommodation both on-campus and off-campus. You can get in touch with them on their International Services number 02 6773 3192 to learn more about money, banking, accommodation, transport, pick-up services, telephone, etc.

5. Agents Can Help You With Your Admission

UNE International has several authorized representatives that will help you in applying for admission here. Agents represent all CRICOS registered courses that are offered by UNE and English Language Centre of UNE. Several agents also represent Non-Award courses and distance education. You may look for authorized agents in your country here

Also, the University of England suggests that you go through their rules and policies that are strictly adhered to in their campus. This will help you understand their working better. Being acquainted with the rules and regulations will help in adjusting with a new college in a new country.
