The job fair that is going to be organized is a series which happens at regular intervals. The interval period is usually three months. It is expected that the next job fair will happen on 19th March. The job fair has been specially organized for immigrants around the world to improve their quality of life by providing them with employment opportunities.

The job fair will be a helping hand for local employers as they will get fresh international recruits with a new and creative mindset. In this job fair, International students and all the prospective immigrants who are planning to reside in Canada and get opportunities will get to explore different sectors like IT, Finance, health and many more.

So, with the diversity of industries, students and immigrants will not be confined to a single choice. On this announcement, immigrant strategy officer Angelique Reddy Kalala mentioned that in the previous year, the government was able to fill 117 positions with the help of job fair. They are planning to increase the numbers in the upcoming year.

He further added that they are aware of people’s need for a job and to give them employment opportunities, they also cover affordable housing market as well”. According to Reddy’s word, New Brunswick’s quality of life is excellent. They attract people from Toronto and make sure they the best quality of life. The job fair is going to be organized on 24th January from 10 AM to 12 AM at the Avenir Centre. All the students and immigrants will get the registration form from the official website.

Moncton Immigration Strategy

Moncton is known as the largest city in New Brunswick. The city has been working on an Immigration strategy to give the best quality of life. As released by the officials, Moncton Immigration strategy plans to double the number of immigrants in the next four years. Talking about the figures of 2018, Moncton City almost welcomed 1,444 Immigrants along with non-residents. By the end of 2024, the largest city in New Brunswick plans to increase the numbers to around 3,500.

Companies Registered in Job Fair

The job fair that is going to be organized on 24th January will witness some big companies’ registration. Companies like TD Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Circle K, Integrated Staffing, JDI, Sunlife, Tech Mahindra and many other prominent organizations will be a part of the job fair. All these companies know the hidden potential of international students. And in order to give them a lifetime opportunity, they will be a part of the fair.

The Largest City of New Brunswick

Moncton is the largest city of New Brunswick. If we talk about the population of the town, the city almost has 85,000 people living and working in different sectors. Talking about the universities, The University of Moncton is the largest French university which is east of Quebec. Along with this, Moncton has several other reputed universities like Crandall University, University of New Brunswick and much other community and private colleges.

Talking about the immigrant demographics, there are over 8,000 immigrants who reside in the greater Moncton area. From the numbers, around 5000 immigrants are found active in the labour market in order to have a stable and comfortable life. Moncton city also attracts international students.
