The government even is deciding to increase the number of people taking the test for employment. Now the long term and short term foreign residents can take the tests. Also, the visitors on tour or business purposes can do the experiments too.
The implementation of the measures will be from the fiscal year 2020. This will allow the students to work in Japan efficiently. Also, the number of international students will increase, raising the economy of the country. It will also bring talent in Japan and allow foreign nationals to work in the firms in a friendly environment.
The Japanese government is going to change the immigration law for these students and provide them with new work visas. This decision came into the minds of the policymakers after the number of international students in 2018 hit a high record. The shortage of workforce in Japan was another reason for the change in the law.
