When you have decided to study masters in Germany, first you need to identify your academic future and career goals. Then you must process with selection of university and masters programs that matches your desires.

 Since large number of universities is available and master programs, must do a little research before choosing one. Start by having a look at some of the important traits such as study modules, location of the university, tuition fees and practical sessions.

If you are non EU student, then you must get health insurance regardless. Prepare yourself for this stage long before your university confirms your place in master’s course.

Get your finances in order:

Based on the German government estimations, foreign student studying in Germany needs to have 861 euro per month per year to cover himself in Germany. If you don’t have this amount of money, then you would not be allowed to get a student visa and study for master’s degree in Germany.

Get your study visa:

This is final step to successful application for master’s degree in Germany. In order to be allowed to study in Germany as non EU and non EEA student you have to get a visa.
