Canadian Universities Supporting International Students

According to the data collected from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada in 2018, the number of international students was 572,415 with a valid study permit in Canada from all levels of education. There is a 16 percent increase from the statistics of the last year.

The data depicts that the majority of international students are now choosing Canadian Universities to pursue their higher education and that is because of Canada’s positive reputation as a tolerant and non-discriminatory society in the world and is currently embracing students from every cultural and religious background.

First Week Support: Universities arrange a pickup for international students and a mentor who will guide them. So, the rest of the day goes smooth.

Other than that, mentors also provide some valuable information and the University staff prepares diverse cuisine for the students and even arranges dorms at an additional cost.

Continuing Support: Students are welcomed in Canada and start the most memorable experience of their lives.

Those who are reluctant to ask for any help are invited over a coffee chat to share information. Also, the University arranges different field trips so students can get to know more about Canada.

Once, student graduates support and love don’t end there instead the Universities offer up to 3 years of support until they get a job.
