Microsoft Tuition Scholarship Program

Microsoft Inc. is pleased to announce their annual Tuition Scholarships Program to encourage students to pursue studies in Computer Science and related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) disciplines. Recipients will receive full or partial tuition covered for one academic year.

GFOA Scholarships

The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) is pleased to announce five GFOA Scholarships. The competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full-time in a university or college preparing for a career in state and local government finance in the United States or Canada. The program will provide Goldberg-Miller Public Finance Scholarship – $15,000 award, Frank L. Greathouse Government Accounting Scholarship – Two $10,000 awards, Minorities In Government Finance Scholarship- $10,000 award, Government Finance Professional Development Scholarship- Four $10,000 awards, Jeffrey L. Esser Career Development Scholarship- $5,000 to $15,000

Toshiba’s shared mission partnership with NSTA (National Science Teachers Association) to generate the Toshiba/NSTA ExploraVision Competition for K-12 students who engage in the next generation real-world problem solving with a strong emphasis on STEM. First prize and second prize worth of $10,000 and $5000 award amount respectively.

The program is open to those students who are demonstrating a high need for additional funding& who have GPA: 2.5. The winning candidates will receive $500 – $1,000 for Semester, Trimester, and Academic Year

The Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship is established by the Department of Defense (DoD). The scholarship is intended to support students who are pursuing degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines. The winning candidates will get a stipend paid at a rate of $25,000 – $38,000 amount.
