4. What Is Your Major Weakness?

Companies tend to hire employees who can stick to their organizations. For this reason, they want to evaluate the consistency in your temperament. Also, they want to check that you are willingly leaving or have left your job, and the company has not terminated you for some major issue.
Example Answer: I consider myself fortunate to have worked with XYZ company. I gained valuable experience while working with the company. I have utilized my energies well in the company, but now I want to move to the next level.
The chances of growth in my last company were not much. After conducting thorough research, I concluded that this company would prove to be the desired platform for me if hired.

6. What Amount Do You Expect as a Salary?
This is another obvious question. You have to reply to this question by keeping in view the wage rate prevalent in the relevant industry. If you tell your expectations below the industry rate, the interviewers may doubt your skills. You will end up underselling yourself.
Example Answer: In my last job, my take-home was $45,000 per annum, and the pay raise was due this year. Considering the nature of work here, I expect $50 k.
Tip: Now that you have conveyed your expectation, demonstrate flexibility for any negotiations. If they offer slightly less than your expectations, and you think the company could be a good prospect for you, accept the offer.
7. Describe the Occasion When You Have Dealt with a Difficult Situation?
Some Jobs involve challenging tasks and want employees to go the extra mile. For this purpose, hiring managers want to know how capable you are to deal with the problematic situation.
Example Answer: Once, I was working on a project as a programmer, and the deadline was approaching. I was new to the project and got stuck in writing one code. I was trying hard to resolve the issue, but things were not going my way.
For the moment, I thought I should give up on that or ask for the deadline extension. But, the very next moment, I reorganized myself and started thinking about my options. I recalled to my memory one of my friends who is proficient in programming.
It was after 8 pm, but I thought to give it a try. I phoned and apologized for disturbing him. He was okay with my phone call. I discussed my issue. He understood my point, I had to continue talking to him for the next half an hour and noted every point that he mentioned.
I thanked him for the help and hung up. During the conversation, things seemed difficult to me, but I applied my mindfully to the problem, and managed to solve it. Finally, I managed to submit the project just five minutes before the deadline was over.
Importantly, I did not give up on the assigned task and showed resilience. The management of my company had awarded me that project because they trusted in my abilities, and I did not disappoint them.
8. Where Do You See Yourself in the Next Five Years?
The hiring managers want to know your ambitions. By answering this question effectively, you can show that you want to progress in your life.
Example Answer: In the next five years, I consider myself at the higher management position based on my hard work. I believe in hard work and research. Every single day, I want improvement and refinement in my work.
