August 31, 2019 //  by Amit Kumar

Employment in today’s world is nothing less than a race. If you are skilled and well aware of a lot of experience you tend to move to the top and get good placements. Students are indulging and learning so many things today that are different from just high school education.

They are really going out of the box to learn different skills or languages that makes them different from the others. People think that they might get a good opportunity in the future and will be employed for long, but a few also believe that the possibilities might change.

Technologies change day by day, there are a few recorded technological transformations in the world of work, blue, red, yellow, green are the four different worlds in the field. Students are taught to be really competitive and agile to get into the employment world. It is said to be the time to upgrade whatever skill one knows to be successful.

With the increase in the use of artificial intelligence and machines, the humanness of the work is questioned. The presence of automated minds is something that is really common, and one needs to think crucially and rationally in order to stand out from the crowd.

Universities should thus focus on the overall development of their students rather than just bookish knowledge. Universities should take a step further to help students pursue a career in the field of the skill of their interest, which would encourage more participation and would welcome them in the practical world that would help them evolve and work for their individuality.

Not only the universities but the student must also respond to the opportunities and learn the value of balancing, individual work and use of machines along with humans. There are a lot of universities that are really focusing on teaching about the perfect mix of both.
