Project Description

A particular target of the work is to understand the stability of such systems in industrial operating conditions. Novel analytical methods and scale-down approaches will be required, linking experimental work to modelling.

Salary and appointment terms

The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union. The period of employment is three years.

Eligibility Criteria

The position includes regular DTU PhD positions where the work will be carried out primarily at DTU and as part of the Sino-Danish Center for Education and Research (SDC).

The candidate for the SDC positions will stay in China for 6-12 months to support our MSc education in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering in SDC and carry out research at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Knowledge of Danish is highly beneficial for the SDC position, and this position cannot be applied for by Chinese citizens.

Qualifications

You must have a two-year master’s degree (120 ECTS points) in chemical or biochemical engineering or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to a two-year master’s degree.
