2.  How do you develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers working at other locations?

Thus, allowing an individual to work without entering office premises. Interviewers want to know about the communication skills of the candidates. Technology is making rapid advancement. Therefore, Microsoft and other tech companies offer training to their employees according to the latest trends. The company prefers candidates who are up to date with new technologies and innovations. Hiring managers expect candidates to learn on their own.

Example Answer: I always try to keep my skills updated and relevant. I always explore the latest news, and I am a subscriber of different newsletters that keep me updated with industry trends. I evaluate my skills in light of emerging trends. 

Additionally, I have joined various tech-related platforms on social media, and I communicate with experts in their profession. These types of conversations update my knowledge. I take advantage of free online learning resources and manage projects in tech niches. As a result, I can learn, progress, and understand industry requirements.
