Jack Lockton Certificate has seen increasing support since its announcement. With the new developments in the scene, The University of Kansas School of Business has secured a total of 15 industry partnerships for its upcoming Jack Lockton Certificate program.
The list of new partnerships includes renowned industry names like Boston Mutual Life Insurance Co., American International Group (AIG), and The Hartford. The 15 industries have pooled together over $660,000 in total as a support contribution for the new Certificate system of the University of Kansas.
The partnership will benefit students and industries equally. Students pursuing the certificate are required to work at one of the partner industries for a defined period. These industries will give a practical learning platform for the students.
Students are going to participate in different career focused tasks, communication event, and hone their corporate skills for the certificate. The on-the-job training experience is an excellent opportunity for students looking for jobs in the Insurance field. The partner industries benefit from this program as they are getting potential future employees in the form of skilled graduates.
Jack Lockton Certificate will be provided in Insurance and Risk Management programs. The certificate program of Kansas University is started by the contribution of Cheryl Lockton Williams of Mission Hills. The gift of $1 million given by Cheryl in memory of her late husband Jack Lockton will launch the certificate in fall this year.

The 15 industry partnerships lined up by University of Kansas are namely Aetna, Aflac, American International Group (AIG), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, Boston Mutual Life Insurance Co., Chubb, Cigna, Everest Insurance, The Hartford, Kansas Insurance Education Foundation, RT Specialty, Security Benefit, Travelers, Unum Group and Voya Financial.
