The University of Kentucky is a public institution founded in the city of Lexington in 1865.  These offer around 90 undergraduate programs, nearly 100 masters programs and 66 doctoral programs. The UK is rapidly growing its population of international students with around 120 countries represented in its student body.

University of Kentucky’s ranking in the 2020 edition of Best Colleges is National Universities; 132.which is about 80 miles south of Cincinnati and 200 miles northeast of Nashville.

Acceptance Rate- If you want to take admission to any university, then you should first look at an acceptance rate. This rate tells you how excellent the university is and what is their requirements. With an acceptance rate of 90.8%.  It has a total undergraduate enrollment of 22,136, its setting is a city, and the campus size is 814 acres

What GPA do you need to get into Kentucky?

  • Math– As per university statistics, to get an average of 570 you need to score 490 at 25th percentile and 630 at 75th percentile.
  • Reading- If you score 25%, and then your marks come 605. If you score 75%, then your marks come 550, and the total reading average score is 660.
  • Composite- The average score of the composite is 1175, which is the result of the 25th percentile score, i.e. 1040 and 75th percentile score, i.e. 1290.

  • Departmental Honors is available for any English major regardless of participation in the University Honors Program or other qualification for University Honors.
