Give Rewards:

Everyone surely likes to receive rewards and to offer the students the chance to earn them to boost up the confidence level. Things like watching movies, arranging pizza parties, or even something as simple as a sticker on paper can motivate students to work even harder.

Consider the needs of your class and then plan rewards according to that.
