It’s quite obvious to feel the pressure during engineering days, and since at this phase of life, we remain so unaware of wit and intellect. Today the problem is not that, the youngsters are facing stress, but the actual problem is that, they even fail to realize it.
What Stresses College Engineering Students? It could be demanded to perform well academically, relationships with professors, friends and family, peer pressure, work and school balance, after college career issues, many other aspects of the college environment.
Sometimes the stress of being among other incredibly accomplished individuals could be a lot. If you add on the stresses of very challenging classes and any personal stresses of your life, this could all become overwhelming very quickly, but the great thing is we can learn to manage.

Plan a Study Schedule
Before kicking off your engineering preparation, you must build for yourself a study schedule. Having a well-planned study strategy will make any student feel less burdened. Divide the tasks into a series of smaller steps and then complete each of the smaller tasks one at a time. This way, you will have enough time to concentrate on each part and get the project finished right on time. And try to do thing a bit in advance so that it can it will not burden us in future.
Indulge in Fun & Entertainment Activities
Find activities which give you pleasure and when you pursue them, commit your energies to mental and physical well-being. Regardless of what you choose, remember you must do it for relaxation, not achievement or productivity!
Eat Healthily
Our eating habits also affect our stress levels. Eating fresh ingredients like fresh fruits, salads, almonds, walnuts and other such healthy food items is essential. Juices which are filled with vitamin C, such as orange or apple juice, are suitable for your immune system so that it helps with stress. Experts have always been stated to have said that anxiety and nutrition are interlinked in many ways.
Listen to Music
Listening to music have a tremendously relaxing effect on our minds and bodies. It help will help you to calm down and put you in a better frame of mind. If you’re feeling stressed, putting on some calming music while you work could really help. It has a unique link to our emotions so that it can be an extremely effective stress management tool. As music can absorb our attention from stressful thoughts, it acts as a distraction at the same time, and it helps to explore emotions.

Exercise
Doing sport, exercise or getting involved in physical activities act as an effective stress buster. Going for a run or jog early morning or evening can help your body produce endorphins, which will make you feel good. Going to sweat so that stress can leave your body. Joining a sports club or group could also help with stress as regular contact with other people should help improve your mood. Yoga is also a great way to ease your mind and relax your muscles.
Sleep Well
Sleep is always the best medicine, and some people find that a short twenty-minute nap can help increase productivity. If you force your body to go without enough rest, your body will find ways to force you to relax. Moreover, over exhaustion and lack of rest will increase in stress levels and poor concentration. A human body needs adequate sleep to perform and function optimally on a daily basis.

Give Time to Your self
With the busy study scheduled, students are unable to have time for their selves. Take care of yourself by talking to you, doing things for you to make yourself feel special. Self-love is the best stress bursting thing that one can easily have. Take a long time, and you have to make sure that there’s no stress in those periods of time where you’re trying to recover, or you can physically release your stress.
