Weight Issues in the Current Youth

Nowadays, being overweight has been a common thing among youngsters. As we know, our lifestyle has been completely changed due to revolutionary devices such as mobile phones, computers and many more. I can take myself as an example about three years ago, I started working out due to my obese physique, and no magic’s going to make you lose weight in a short time.

Cutting off fat takes time and dedication. I lost approximately 50 pounds of weight with a balanced diet and a good workout. There is a simple principle to lose weight cutting off calories, that’s getting in a caloric deficit. You have to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight and stubborn belly fat.

So, I started working out during my school days as I could not get good grades due to depression and being lazy. It started well as I followed a caloric deficit diet and worked out only for 45 minutes daily. So to lose weight, you need to focus on foods that get you satisfied for more time and are low in calories.

You need to avoid foods that are high in sugar such as soft drinks, ice-cream and many more. The best diet you can follow to lose weight is a keto diet which I used and got amazing results in six months by loosening 30 pounds. Keto diet is a fat-based diet, so you’ve got to eat foods that are high in protein and fat. Foods such as eggs, butter, avocado, etc.

It would help if you minimized carbohydrates intake. To lose weight or gain muscle, we have to boost testosterone levels, and fats help us boost testosterone. That’s why we have to follow a keto diet for the best results.

Moreover, some teenagers fail to continue this diet and get disappointed. So they stop working out and lose hope that they can’t do it anymore, but the keto diet isn’t the only way to do it. You can follow a diet plan in which you can eat a balanced amount of carbohydrates and fats.

But any diet plan you follow you must eat clean foods and have to keep protein intake high so that you can perform better and get maximum results. So the most important thing is to track the macros you eat. And avoid canned foods as they have chemicals that ain’t good for health.

To lose weight, you have to concentrate maximum on your diet plan because the workout is 30% whereas a 70% effect on your body is going to take place due to diet. You may have heard six-pack abs are made in the kitchen, not gym. Keep in mind that you’re not going to see rapid changes in your body.

It is a time taking process because you have built that fat over the years, so it’s going to take time to get off too. Patience is the key, and you won’t succeed if you’re not patient and determined to do it. Start your new life today because you’re the one who’s going to take the initiative for yourself. Get yourself to the gym and start eating healthy if you want to do something for yourself.

How to Deal with Weight?

For further results, you should make a proper chart in which you were going to write the exercises you going to be doing such as train each muscle once or twice a week and the cardio should be maximum for 30 minutes not more than that if you want to lose weight but not muscle.

You have to track your weight every week, so you can know what progress you have made. Are you losing weight or not and modify your workouts or diet plan accordingly.

There are different body types and somethings may be magical for one body type, but on the other hand, it won’t work for the other. So you have to analyze your body every week if you’re getting there where you want to go or not.

Thus, the first body type is hard gainers they can lose weight quickly, and some have a body type that gains weight fast than others. So, these guys will have to keep a more caloric deficit than 500 calories which is a universal standard, so you don’t get weak and lose weight.

Keep in mind that these gains would be affected by your genetics. The only thing that can defeat it is your hard work and dedication. Because many people lose hope as they see others getting better than them faster. So don’t lose confidence in the process and make a 90 days plan. You’ll be able to judge your performance well after 90 days because, on a scientific basis, it takes approximately 90 days to see significant changes in your body.

It will help if you add supplements to your diets such as creatine, whey protein and Bcaa’s. Creatine will help you keep the same muscle size and provide you with the energy you’ve lost due to being in a caloric deficit. Whey protein will help you offer with sufficient amount of protein and help you burn fat. Bcaa’s will push this protein in your muscles and assist you in recovery.

Diet and Fasting for Weight Loss

It would help if you were eating high protein breakfast for a good start, and it reduces your cravings. Research shows that intermittent fasting helps in losing weight. Intermittent fasting is you eat after 7 8 hours of breakfast so that your body starts to consume energy from fat.

Drink 4 to 5 litres of water daily to lose weight, and studies show that eating soluble fibres will help in burning belly fat. Increase your caffeine intake through coffee and tea as caffeine boosts metabolism. Eat your food slowly as fast eaters gain weight quickly.

For proper recovery and fat loss, you have to take 8 hours of sleep. After following all these tips, you won’t just lose weight but get better HDL levels, blood pressure improves, and blood sugar tends to go down. This will help you live a healthy life and be the best you can.
