Applications are currently available to apply for the beneficial scholarships administrated by the Glasgow Caledonian University. The scholarships are open for international students who will take admission to the university for any undergraduate or postgraduate degree program.

Glasgow Caledonian University is known as a public university in Glasgow, Scotland. It was formed in 1993 by the Queen’s College merger, Glasgow (founded in 1875) and Glasgow Polytechnic (founded in 1991). GCU provides academic programs in all of the Scottish Funding Council funding groups but medicine, dentistry, and teacher education. Eligibility Criteria
The fellows must meet up with the following eligibility criteria to apply for the scholarship:
- The aspirants must be an international student.
- The fee discounts apply to self-funded undergraduate international students only.
- Applicants will automatically receive the fee discount when they are offered a place on their chosen course, and at the time of invoicing for each subsequent year of their degree if they meet the criteria above.

- International students who will study a full-time course with Glasgow Caledonian University will be available for up to £4,000 off their course tuition fees.
- Undergraduate students will get to receive £1,000 towards their first annual fees and £1,000 for each subsequent year of their degree—up to £4,000 over four years.
How to Apply for the Scholarship
To apply for these scholarships, aspirants are needed to follow these steps:
Step 1: Apply for Admission
There is no need to apply for the scholarships separately. The students interested in applying for the scholarship need to apply for the admission at the university. The applicants will automatically get considered for the scholarship upon entry.

Entry Requirements
- Fellows must meet the general country or study curriculum entry requirement.
- Fellows must demonstrate English language skills and meet the general admission criteria following the country/curriculum you studied.
- You must be 16 to attend Summer School. If students are under 18, then the university will require a consent form signed by themselves and a parent. Their Summer School will provide students with these documents.
Visa Requirements
International students will be asked a standard Visitor visa to attend the GCU’s International Summer School. Students from the EU/EEA countries and Switzerland who have not been granted pre-settled or settled status, following the end of the Brexit transition period from 1st January 2021, will also require a standard visitor visa to attend. The Visa Immigration Support and Advice (VISA) Team at GCU are trained to give you advice and assistance on the application process. They can check any supporting documents for you before your submission.
